As an extension of our GAJA CAFÉ, we introduced a new line of Ready-to-Use Foods that cater to the growing preferences of travellers and the wider community in India. Our diverse selection features 10 delightful items, including beloved classics like Chakali and Shankarpali, as well as exquisite treats such as Karanji and Balushahi. The increasing demand from our café guests and special orders from the local communities signals a positive reception to these offerings.
In addition, we are venturing into chocolate making and Kaju Barfi, which are quickly gaining popularity among our clients. Looking ahead, we are eager to expand our product range to include pure organic honey, pickles, jams, and preserves, which will further enhance our offerings.
